Inspection Area’ S Team Leader

Instruct inspector to classify, evaluate defect when considering
Do weekly/ monthly calibration for all inspection machine
Be responsible for inspecting and classifying fabric follow Fabric Classification Standard
Make daily quality report
Managing the operating of inspection & packaging machine with full efficiency .
OTHER DUTIES: Any assignment other than above descriptions (e.g, training for new operator, loading on system ...) assigned by QC Manager & Assistant to Manager
Define defect and inform to relevant department to solve quickly. TL can decide for 3 rolls maximum . He/she must inform to QC Manager or Assistant to Manager if the defect still exist.
Control the productivity of inspector
Making plan logically in managing operator, arranging work to assure that duties will be finished on time
Cooperating closely with WH Manager to assure that all work run smoothly
Maintain close working relationship with colleagues to ensure team strengths are further developed .
Do monthly quality review

Ability to communicate in English (Medium level)
University or junior college graduate (chemical or textile) with experience in quality control field, within organization preferred
Ability to grasp the whole’s job and solve problem
Good interpersonal skill
