Inspection Foreman

- Ensure the inspection procedures and relevant works to be carried out based on ISO 9001/TS 16949
- Manpower mangagement during shift such as attendance, changing shifts, overtime, individual responsible area, etc.
- Ensure the surface quality and inspection procedures to be carried out following customer's requirements.
- Complete shift's quality report, daily quality report, contact online shift leader of production line and top managers to solve problems related to quality.
- Supervise inspector of quality to ensure following SOP, SJP and instructions of work, solve sudden problems and visit customers to handle complaints.
- Cooperate with production department to report and investigate cause of non-conforming products.
- Train and evaluate inspectors on necessary skills and knowledge.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
* Working place: CSVC Head office - BRVT
* Working time: 8-hour turn shifts

* Education/Certification:
- University degree in Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering/ Material Technology
* Knowledge/ Experience:
- Having knowledge about ERP and commercial software will be an advantage.
- Having experience working in the manufacture factory/ steel industry will be preferred.
* Abilities and Skills:
- Must have good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Being careful, honest, flexible, reliable and detailed oriented.
- Applies knowledge to general rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Internet-based activities.
- Chinese/Japanese skill is preferred.
