Inspection Staff

JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY: Perform pre-dispatch (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment (solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, inverters)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements
2.Participate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules and schedule
3.Verify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspection
4.Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist
5.Report to the Project Engineer the findings observed on site during the inspection
6.Fill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team
7.Suggest ameliorations to the supplier to improve the inspected product and the testing conditions
8.Propose improvement of the inspection methodology
