Inspector

1. Conduct inspection on finished products which including the following:

• Implement inspection procedures and/or relevant testing per specification.
• Ensure the latest product specification, product/packaging DAS, PP report & purchase order document are used for inspection.
• Ensure FR & SR of the product are checked before issue the inspection report to supplier.
• Communicate with engineers, merchandisers for product quality issues and follow up.

2. Support inspection data input into system in a timely manner.

3. Provide support on audit for CQS program.

4. Lead basic training to suppliers on inspection procedures.

5. Share any unusual findings related to the factory such as financial problem, labor strike, COC, etc.… must report to supervisor.

6. Frequent travel to offices and factories in Vietnam. Potential for travel to South-East Asia countries and China.

7. Support supplement activities such as, mold discard, buyout audit, etc.

8. Backup PE/QE for production pilot when necessary.

9. Support product FR testing when necessary.

10. Ensure all products procure conform to customer requirements and all products at retail are free of quality issues.

11. Other tasks that assigned by supervisor.

Working Location

An Phat High-tech Industrial Park, KM47, National Road 5, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province

1. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Education: College degree or above, major in industry, science or Mechanical/ Production / Electronic engineering
• Computer skills – Micro Office, Outlook
• Language – Capable of communication in both English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing) is essential
• Experience: at least 2 years of quality working experience in Gifts, Toys industry

• Capable of work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive and open minded
• Able to work independently & under pressure
