Instrumentation Engineer

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest manufacturers of building materials.  They are seeking a talented candidate with at least 8 years experience in instrumentation management to join the team to set up new factory in Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Instrumentation Engineer will work closely with Electrical Management Manager (expat) to ensure the installation and operations conform to standards of the group and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in programming of “Siemens S7400 PLC and WIN CC” / Allen Bradley.

• SCADA RS logics 5000 Version 11.11 / 12 Special functions: Function Blocks, PID Blocks, PLC Allen Bradley/Siemens.

• Proficient in installation of new Variable frequency drives and synchronization and calibration.

• Hands on Experience in process Instruments like RTD, Thermo couple, Pressure Transmitters, Level transmitters, Flow meters, I/P Converters, different types of sensors.

• Hands on experience in Maintenance of Instruments/field instruments.

• Calibration and operation of weighing system, VFD

• Good understanding of reading the drawings.

• PID controllers for Oil burners, Fan dampers.

• Responsible for Total productive maintenance system in the Plant.

• Involved in solving the break down across all plant.

• Spare parts and Inventory control.

• Comply and Adhere to Safety & Environment Management system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Electronics or relevant 

• At least 8 year’s experiences on Instrumentation 

• Excellent communication in English  

• Cultivate customer intimacy
