Insurance Claims Executive

• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of policy liability as well as regulatory requirements in relation to employer&039;s liability claims.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Perform insurances claims for patients
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team to deliver results.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to promote and enhance insurance programs and processes.
• Be able to work under pressure and prioritize workloads to achieve plan.
• Maintain customers/ patients by providing customer services
• Negotiate and settle claims with authorized insurance company.
• Notify new claims and accurately validate cover.

• Conversant in English both oral and written.
• Diploma/ Degree in Bachelor of English, Business Administration Management or Insurance.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Insurance experience is priority
