Interior Design Senior Manager

Our projects are mid to high end scale -residential projects. The most important requirements for this job are developing excellent concepts, accurate shop drawings and experience in managing the team
Concept Stage:
- Develop primary ID concepts and 2D layout plans for client’s approval
- Develop detailed concepts includes loose & fix furniture, wall & ceiling décor for 3D team to render
3D Renders Stage:
- Make Amendments 3D draft from the team to:
- Ensure the style and functions are met and convince clients
- The designs must be buildable, follow the construction regulations and client’s budget
- 3D design will illustrate the size and character of the houses in sufficient details to enable clients to agree on the arrangement
Design Development, Tendering and construction stage:
- Issue Product Specification and design documents containing all the information for tender process
- Work & manage 2D draftsman to ensure the renovation layout and shop drawings are accurate and details for construction.
- Give solutions for cost savings, provide assistance to PM during tender stage
- Make changes and adjust the design

• Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D, Photoshop, MS Office
• 5- 10 years of hospitality and High End interior design experience, prefer worked in Foreign design firms
• Be able to manage the team to achieve the deadline of the projects
• Creatives, and responsible for the work results
• Must be able to communicate in English effective
• Proactive, good communication skills, good management skills, passionate in deliver a good design and quality of interior work
