Internal Communication:
Organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagement events to build up Medici culture
Manage and be responsible for the internal communication activities on the company&039;s official online and offline channels
Conduct surveys and evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels to adjust communication plans
Develop employee values proposition through understanding corporate culture and talents behaviors.
Coordinate with related departments to plan and implement internal communication campaigns and corporate culture according to the company&039;s strategy.
Employer Branding:
Research and work on partnership opportunities and programs to enhance our employer brand
Be responsible for building the employer branding strategy and organizing external activities to attract talents and promote company culture;
Develop brand identity and graphics such as images and video to promote Medici Branding via Career page, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Press or other potential social media

Education:
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the internal communication or employer branding
The ability to film, take pictures, and design simple materials is an advantage.
Skills:
Keep up with social media trends;
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and handle sensitive situations;
