Internal Control Assistant

Assisting and reporting directly to Internal Control Manager

• Participate in the internal control management framework and build the internal control system
• Participate in special internal control inspections:
- Sort out and evaluate various business processes of the company
- Identify risk points and key controls
- Conduct special consultation/optimization and rectification for risk issues, and promote the implementation
• Participate in regular internal control evaluations:
- Proposing appropriate solutions to ensure effectiveness when applied
- Keep track of Internal Departments’ key tasks and performance (including submission of required reports, deadlines of submission, parties involved)
- Promote the rectification of internal control defects
- Give timely business suggestions
- Risk warnings from the perspective of internal control processes
• Assist the internal control manager to complete other tasks
• Translating from/to Vietnamese - English, Vietnamese – Chinese, or vice versa in meetings and documents relevant

•Good communication and time management
• Bachelor in Accountancy/Auditing/ Business Studies/Finance/Law
• Teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with all levels of member
•Minimum one to two years of experience in Business, Audit, Control, and Legal will be counted as an added advantage
•Ability to work on multiple tasks, develop relationships with the right teams
•Fluent in Chinese and English
•Willing to business travel with manager
•Good at using office computing (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for the purpose of building tables and completing reporting systems
•Ability to analyze data, read and understand financial indicators
