Internal Control & Compliance Assistant Manager

This position will responsible for internal control & compliance which include control of capex related approval process; risk assessment; setting guidance for audit objectives and tests; supporting on the remediation of identified weaknesses.

• Control and follow approval process of capex spending for whole company;
• Control fixed asset transfer approval process between Store-Store; DC-Store; Store-DC; …
• Working with insurance company for any related contract; claim process for asset damage, thief and loss happen to the company, …
• Join bidding process to control and ensure integrity between CircleK and third party;
• Coordinate & interact with process owners, management and staff, as needed to build standard SOP for their day-to-day operation, especially in Finance department.
• Advisory for management on solutions to handle Internal control
• Recommendation of control processes modifications to further improve efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operation along with minimize risks.
• Conduct risk assessment of Departments/Functional areas in accordance with timelines
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

• Graduated in Degree or higher in Accounting/Auditing/Finance;
• Other professional qualifications related to Accounting/ Finance is a plus;
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in Accounting/Auditing/Finance field;
• Good sense in controlling and business acumen;
• Good analytical skill;
• Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude;
• Spoken and written English skills are essential;
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
