Report the results of audit reviews, including management responses and proposed action plans to address issues arising to the board.
To manage the compliance and internal audit function to provide independent assurance that an organisation&039;s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively.
Develop internal audit policies and procedures to ensure alignment. Review of the systems and controls of an annual program of audit review work.
Conduct operational, financial and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
​Increase efficiency and/or effectiveness of the control systems of functions reviewed.
Perform ad-hoc investigations and reviews at the request of the board.
Guide and coach the team to develop customer-centric service delivery
Plan and execute audit process & regular checks on business activities to identify control weakness, identify key business implications and recommend remedial actions
Produce reports to recommend business actions to maximize business performance & operational efficiency while balancing risks & control
Continuously assess the operational risks of the operations and recommend appropriate remedial actions
Continuously review and update policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and to ensure operation efficiency
Partner with line management and work in collaboration with Compliance and Risk functions to ensure all significant business and regulatory risks are anticipated, and appropriately managed
Manage the co-sourcing arrangement with the external auditors as required.

University graduated in major relevant such as: Auditing, Finance & Accounting. CIA, CFE, ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA is an advantage.
Possess good organization, planning, problem analysis and problem solving skills
Minimum 6 year experience in the management of audit departments in global companies.
Thorough understanding of the principles and application of good corporate governance, business and operational risk and control processes and procedures.
Solid auditing experience and FMCG environment exposure are essential
