Internal Control Manager - Attractive Salary & Benefits

- Perform professional reports as required
- Regularly update internal documents, detect shortcomings, propose amendments and supplements to the CEO to ensure the governance effectiveness of internal documents;
- Ensuring the Control Framework Performance by primarily driving the business process development and implementation
- In coordination with Internal Auditor during internal auditing if any
- Monitor the units to implement the recommendations of the Internal Audit through the examination and control; Report the implementation of recommendations of the units and report to the Board of Managements;
- Reviewing the existing procedures, internal regulations, setting/ building up strong internal control for Groups.
- Proposing solutions to overcome and prevent risks, improve operational efficiency and compliance with internal regulations at the inspected unit.
- Checking, supervising the activities of departments in order to detect deficiencies, irregularities and fraud

- Possess high degree of integrity and professionalism;
- At least 5 years in Internal audit/ Internal control. Experience in luxury good retail business is an advantage.
- ACCA/ CIA certificate is a big plus
- Logical and analytical skills.
- Good interaction with Senior Management Team, Middle management team, strong communication and influencing skills;
- English: = 6.5 IELTS
