International Project Contract Engineer (Working In Ben Tre, Soc Trang, Ninh Thuan, Khanh Hoa...)

"***Description:
1.Participating in bidding for project, which covers:
- Review bidding documents;
- Analyze the conditions of the contract and put forward countermeasures;
- Chair the contract negotiation;
- Draft and prepare the main contract according to market development needs.
2.Contract performance and execution, covering
- Project contract/commercial management: including payment management, contract compliance management, schedule management, variation and claims management, communication management and document control;
- Draft and prepare key subcontracts, and responsible for key subcontract management;
- Coordinate and handle disputes during project execution.
3.Project financing: assist the Client in the project financing process, including propose financing plan, financing documents’ negotiation and any other assistance until financing closure.
4.Assisting the department to establish and promote the procedure and business development, and leading and guiding new employees to be engaged in contract management.
5.Being responsible for other works as instructed and required by the management.

"***Qualification:
1. Education background: Bachelor or above. Major: Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Budget or other Engineering-related majors.
2. Male, Under 30 years old.
3. Professional knowledge and skills:
- Having good knowledge of background of contract management, project management, etc.
- One-year or above experience on international project contract/commercial management.
4. English level: Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5. Other requirements:
- Good at communication, and having strong team spirit
- Preferred: Familiar with FIDIC contract conditions
- Preferred: can using Primavera P6 or MS Project for project plan
- Preferred: international trade background
- Preferred: speaking Chinese
6. Work experience:
- Industry/job: Power engineering, traffic engineering and civil construction, etc.
- Designation: International Project Contract/Business Manager or related.
- Prefer Fresh graduated candidate or candidate who has 1 year or above experience.
