- Devise and execute a master plan to further develop the existing trading activities and also expand into new opportunity areas and markets that may be divergent from the company&039;s traditional business-lines.
- Fully manage the existing export-import operations comprised of tiles/ spc & quartz.
- Develop a depth understanding of the target markets:
Anticipate, research and report on future changes in import/export laws and in relevant local territory practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the department&039;s own strategy, resources and procedures.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in the market
Able to conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers
- Contribute to the commercial growth by:
Contacting the network and accordingly developing new opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
Developing a commercial plan for the Key Accounts
Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained.
Active prospecting and running targeted sales campaigns.
Identifying and connecting with the most important players on the market.
Negotiating about collaboration conditions
- Provide an excellent customer-related interface by:
Coordinating the teams mutually, in collaboration with VN HQ.
Expanding a strong sales team in targeted markets.
Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
- Build and manage a productive team to support and provide the necessary scale to achieve the objectives defined.
- Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
- Secure operations:
Investigate, plan strategically effective transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and customers.
Managing the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
Managing the movement of products out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local country.
Liaising with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective activities and support in relation to the organization&039;s sales.
