* Job Description

- „5S Coordination - Check and ensure 5S standards at HcP, Update information on 5S board, weekly report the issues with 5S coordination team.

- Locker management - Managing the allocation of lockers, Recording list of associates using lockers, Cooperating with PRS department to open or retrieve items from lockers if any security concerns arise.

- „Document Control - Guide and send the information to FCM associates according to document management process, Ensure FCM document stored systematically.

- „Pest Control - Correctly identify the pest organism, assess and monitor the pest population, Tracking and report the quantity of pest to have a reasonable solution.

- „Others: Event management support, i.e. team building, yearend party, VIP visit…

* Qualifications

- Senior student, major in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

- IT skills, particularly MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

- Reliable, high-disciplined, patient and careful

- Good at English and Vietnamese communication skills
