Job Description


The Vietnam Internship Program (VIP) is designed for students who look for gain practical on-the-job experience during his or her graduation year or right after graduation. In this document, the final year students or recently graduated students are referred to as ‘Graduates’.


The objective of this program is to build suffice skills for graduates needed to embark on a successful career in banking. The program also aims to support on career opportunities for fresh graduates in the society where we operate.

In this role, you will:



  • Be expected to carry out day to day Banking processing / operational activities/ duties to your best abilities as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Be guided in procedural matters and must ensure compliance with the relevant Financial Instruction Manual (FIM)/Business Instruction Manual (BIM)/Desk Instruction Book (DIB), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operations manuals, audit requirements as to ensure that activities are carried  out in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank of Viet Nam and other relevant statutory regulations.

  • Work in liaison with related parties in the aspect of  HOST processing/operations related matters. Co-ordinate and ensure customer’s feedback are investigated, addressed and reported to the related parties. 

  • Assist Line manager in collating data, providing management information statistics/reports as required by relevant stake holders.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:



  • Bachelor degree. 

  • Good at English. 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical with a keen eye for details. A good understanding of operational processes.

  •  Ability to handle multi tasks, responsibility, willing to learn and detail-oriented. Willing to work with extra hours for events or at weekend when required by business
