Inventory Accountant

Short-term contract in 8 months
Be responsible for:
 Input Inventory transaction into SAP.
 Ensure the accuracy of Inventory Data.
 Materials Control.
 Stock Taking observation and adjustment.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Post Inventory transaction into SAP.
 Post/ offset WH1090 when Scrap Proposal approved.
 Daily manual post “exchange materials” from Production to 1080.
 Monthly upload “Monthly Bulk Materials List” approved into SAP.
 Daily post Production Orders into SAP thru Barcode Reader.
 Monthly manual post Scrap Materials in 1080 to 1090.
 Daily manual post Materials Receipts.
 Weekly post “Weekly Bulk Materials List” from main-WH 1000 to Sub-WH 1010.
 Daily manual post UPI materials.
* Ensure the accuracy of Inventory Data:
 Ensure that every inventory transaction is attached by documents supporting.
 Ensure that In/Out Inventory is right location as SAP setting up.
 Ensure that Inventory transactions are following the cut-off date.
 Ensure that materials have been input into SAP right after arrival.
 Ensure that UPI materials are charging to Right Production Orders or Right Cost Center.
 Ensure that all transactions inputting in SAP are correct
* Stock Taking observation and adjustment:
 Prepares Inventory Data and Tag Count for Stock Taking.
 Takes observation for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly cycle stock to ensure the accuracy between the physical stocks and system.
 Makes adjustment in SAP after adjustment entries approved.
* Materials Control
 Suggestion and recommendation to improve Materials Management thru SOPs related.
 Make sure that the head of department got fully aware of any problem that would have a direct effectiveness to production efficiency or Materials Management.
 Strictly follow SOPs related to Materials Management.
 Ensure that Inventory documents likes: Production Orders, UPI Materials Form, Goods Receipts, Materials Transfer From are properly filling in order to expedite review and retrieval of wanted documents.

- Basic English communication skills
- Having working or internship experience will be preferable
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Good communication skill
