Tasks and Responsibilities

Handle Order Delivery
Frequently Coordinator with order fulfillment members in order to follow up on order placement and delivery;
Handling order delivery issues red invoices and supporting documents as need
Back-up customer service tasks on daily work to get comprehensive support within the team.
Update Navision for Net sales and Net order on hand
Warehouse management
Monitoring products and spare parts in or out stock (internal and external warehouse);
Prepare additional reports as requirement.
Perform stock take on quarterly basic.
Input and maintain stock movement in the system
Manage minimum stock requirement
Prepare all necessary documents and goods movement in and out of the warehouse
Warehouse arrangement & management to qualify ISO standard
Prepare stock reports on monthly basic and reconcile with accounting department.

Co-operator and supporter to Business, Finance, and Service teams on ad hoc requirements.
Position Requirements

Mature, High in ethnics and compliance;
Ability to work under tight deadlines
At least 3 years of Sales administration, Inventory accountant, Warehouse management; and Inventory Management
Can-do attitude
Good at English
Knowing the ERP system (Navision is preferred)
Result oriented
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications
Detailed oriented
Bachelor&039;s Degree in accounting or administration
