Inventory Data Management Intern

Core job responsibilities:

• Perform works according to the standard processes.


• Perform the labour regulation, fire protection, rules and regulation of Company at warehouse


• Monitor the actual operation of IDM staff can reached the quality objective


• Control the input data in system about inbound, outbound, inventory:

- Inbound: import from CDC, sale return

- Outbound: sale for channels, branch transfer…

- Internal transfer

• Monitor, check and adjust lot/date in system


• Print Picking slip, invoives, delivery notes, output note cum internal transport.


• Packaging promotion products in system.


• Report Delivery daily/ monthly.


• Print the Master Inventory.


• Check and arrange the delivery notes,


• Finish KPIs report exactly, completely and on time


• Report about internal transfer, physical lot/date, expired goods, quarantine goods.


• Perform the handling and storage goods process.


• Perform others duties assigned by BM/ Warehouse Sup.


• Support and combine with co-worker

• Have knowledge about Microsoft office

• Write letter and number clearly

Education Requirement 

• Graduate or Undergraduate level: Intermediate or higher


• Major in: Accounting/other related.
