Job Description

Coordinate with related departments to improve inventory data handling/management process
Control the accounting of inventory on the system to ensure that transactions are fully and accurately accounted for
Responsible for checking inventory values with pharmacies in the franchise chain as well as co- checking with internal departments
Support inventory of purchased items with pharmacies as well as co- checking with internal departments
Responsible for handling inventory data from pharmacies in the franchise chain
Support in inventory control at the pharmacy (if needed)
Some other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

Experience from 1 year or more in the position of general accountant/ warehouse accountant/ warehouse management, preferably in the consumer/ retail industry
English is a plus
Good analytical thinking skills
Graduated from high school or higher in accounting/auditing/pharmacy
Basic cost and data processing/reconciliation skills
