Investment Banking Manager

- IPO, enterprise transformation consultant.
- Advising on securities offering services (including equity and bond)
- Advising on legal compliance issues for public and listed companies.
- Advising on capital restructuring
- Advising on business valuation.
- Advising on listing and trading registration on the Stock Exchange.
* Project documentation:
- Actively implement projects.
- Ensuring the quality of service provided to customers:
- Discuss and propose solutions to problems in the project implementation process with the Division Director.
- Proactively handle problems that arise with customers and work with authorities.
- Review all documents and records before sending them to customers.
- Track and manage the progress of acceptance / liquidation / service contract fee payment. Perform other duties at the request of the Board of Management

- Graduated from University, majoring in banking and finance, accounting, auditing or other related majors
- Good at English.
- Chinese is an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking
- Strong knowledge of the regulation related to securities
- Worked in the legal department of the securities company.
- Advising enterprises at law firms, undersing the review of contracts on enterprises.
- Priority in securities practice certificates, financial analysis, and fund management.
