● In-charge on outcome and returns of the residential property investment portfolio of the company
● Identifying opportunities for acquiring and selling of residential property investment portfolio
● Monitoring and researching the residential real estate market for insights and trends analysis to determine
investment strategies of the group
● KPIs and properties portfolio analysis and optimization
● Optimizing portfolio performance
● Monitoring and manage the movements, changes of the property investments portfolio

● Good skills on negotiation with sellers & buyers for properties investment transactions and excellent communication
● Outcome and returns-oriented mindset, real estate/fund management experience and knowledge
● Ability to derive insights and opportunities from complex data sources, work with detail, analyze data in an
● At least 05 years working investment experience; strong professional qualification & education: BA in math, economics, finance, investment, business and real estate; and CFA holder and/or MBA is preferable
