Investment Product Manager

Hire grooming single-threaded team members to execute your strategy;
Connect with the e-wallet customers to identify insights to drive decisions.
Build value creation process from products, marketing, sales & operation: demand & supply generation, liquidity optimization, user experience, and many more;
Define the local investment/wealth marketplace strategy & roadmap to penetrate and win market;

A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment;
A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development;
Product Strategy & Development (Marketplace): Experience in developing and co-creating product strategy (market needs, business goal, segmentation) and development to drive business outcomes;
Highly motivated, Detail oriented, Management skills, eager to learn and work hard, good team working skill.
Prefers candidates who have experience in the product lines that relevant to e-wallet users;
Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills: Able to absorb a great deal of information about the business performance, analyze the data, and make clear and useful action plans;
5+ years of experiences in financial institutions (securities, funds, commercial banks & etc.);
Practical Functional Expertise: Understanding of investment and operation to drive business outcomes;
Creative Problem Solving: Proven experience in solving complex problems and come up with out of the box solutions;
Bachelor’s degree required;
A strong understanding of investment products, especially for consumer market segmentations;
Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills;
Experience working with digital investment product for massed consumer market is a nice to have;
Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally;
