Investment Professionals

• Liaising with external and internal teams to move the process forward;
• Meeting with companies around the world and conducting extensive and comprehensive due diligence on various aspects of the company;
• Maintaining up-to-date information and performance on portfolio companies through periodically tracking and report;
• Any other tasks that would be required to fulfill the position.
• Preparing investment proposal and recommendations to the management team to support the decision-making process;
• Managing multiple parties’ expectations and facilitate the deal process;
• Screening the companies materials for preliminarily identifying potential opportunities that fit within the investment thesis, and provide a simple one-page summary for the senior team;
• Building and maintaining relationships with the companies and other investors; and
• Conducting industry research to evaluate the feasibility of market and competitor landscape, focusing on automotive technologies;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong research and modelling skills
• A total of 3-5+ year experience, of which 2+ years should be in investments (preferably VC/PE funds), investment banking, consulting.
• Strong skills in preparing presentations and MS Office
• Fluent in Vietnamese/English
