IT Administrator

Manage user accounts, permissions, and maintain supporting documentation.
Perform Window system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrades, system monitoring.
Follow company IT standards and security policies.
Work on ad hoc projects assigned by regional IT.
Liaise with external IT vendors.
Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate records.
Provide on- site and remote IT support for workstations, LAN and WAN connectivity, and end- user applications.

Minimum 3+ years working experience in end user IT helpdesk support.
Independent, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with good problem- solving skill.
Familiarity with Layer 2 networks, TCP/IP protocols and network security.
Hands- on experience with Hyper- V Server setup and IP address management.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Good teamwork, communication, and language skills (English speaking and written).
Experience in branch- level IT network and telephone PABX system transformation and relocation are preferred.
Solid experience with Microsoft Windows- based operating system and network cabling.
