IT Analyst - Information Technology

• Phụ trách hệ thống Network, server (máy chủ)
• Quản lý hệ thống server (vật lý và máy ảo)
• Phát triển và giám sát đội kỹ thuật

Chi tiết:
• Responsible for the enforcement of the company&039;s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
• Responsible for controlling and protecting the company&039;s assets.
• Update network diagram and LAN, WAN, Server Incident report frequently.
• Efficiency plan for data backup and drill in restoring data regularly.
• Ensure the continued availability of IT services to expected service and security levels (develop and architect business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and recovery solutions and plans)
• Deploy and develop IT Infrastructure plans align itself with the company&039;s overall financial, and corporate strategy
• Gather and analyze user requirements for in-house systems enhancement
• Lead, motivate, grow, monitor, and guide technical team. Supports IT colleague&039;s tri triage issues, executes standard operating procedures, manages work, and communicates the status of issue
• Actively investigate and update I.T software/hardware usage that will reduce operation cost or improve operation efficiency.
• Manage and support local security audit and risk/compliance requirements
• Training for users
• Install, maintain, backup and monitor Physical servers and VM Servers.
• Improve/ design Operational Processes and Procedure for technical team
• Liaise with external contractor for system support that is not handled internally.

• Tốt nghiệp các trường Đại học, Cao đẳng khối Công nghệ thông tin, có chứng chỉ quản trị mạng CCNA/ CCNP/MCSA
• Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế
• 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực IT
• Có kiến thức về các thiết bị của Cisco
Chi tiết:
• 5 years working experience
• Ability to read and understand all internal/ external I.T documents (records/ manuals etc)
• Communicate: English – fluent
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• CCNA/ CCNP/MCSA certificate
• University graduate (Bachelor of computer science/ I.T).
• Self-learning, hard-working
• Be proactive and innovative in adopting technologies
