IT Application Team Leader

• Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth
• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and operational teams to ensure business requirements are met with proper operational support documentation and training.
• Joining with Project Team to implement the IT projects
• Other Application relevant tasks
• Assist in IT Asset Management activities including application lifecycle planning/optimization.
• Manage the day to day operational and support activities of the applications environment.
• Ensure relevant performance management activities such as measurement of Service Level Agreements are performed, leasing business with applications vendor when required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 3 years&039; experience as Senior Executive for Application
• Knowledge of systems (Relevant to F&B or Fastfood)
• Program on WinForms / Website (C, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server)
• University or above
• Experience in business processes especially F&B or Fastfood chain.
