IT Business Analysis Specialist

• Collects user requirements, support in analyzes, designs, and document the implementation of ERP application system components, enhancements and lifecycle Oracle implementations to meet business needs by strictly following processes. Especially, the change management process is very important.
• Can understand the architects, maintains, defines, designs, deliveries, and application environments related to the existing system in compliance with configuration management processes and standards. Will assist management in planned changes of the existing system components and consolidation of additional business functions.
• Provides timely, consistent and comprehensive documentation support to assigned ERP business areas, including user support and monitoring SLAs.
• Responds to production issues by documenting situations and solutions or coordinating with others to identify, record root causes for the issues and then document design decision alternatives/solutions.
• Verifies that application configuration complies with documents of Oracle best practices and quality assurance procedures and measurement criteria.
• Recommends to address existing and potential process and system trouble areas.
• Support in documentation for building prototype solutions, creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or project teams.
• Assists in documenting: the approach for projects, including estimating/planning, developing work breakdown structures and setting functional priorities to improve efficiency and fulfill business objectives.
• Provides training and guidance in addition to troubleshooting.
• Communicates and interacts effectively with internal and external business contacts including, but not limited to, other members of the unit/team, other employees, vendors/suppliers/tenants, and users.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILSS

Foundational level knowledge and experience of overall ERP or MIS systems (i.e.: Oracle EBS R12, or any other similar systems)

Good ability to specify the function for change request of Oracle EBS R12 to meet business needs. This documentation includes the user requirement specification, software requirement specification, business process analysis, and solution design.

Foundation knowledge and experience in software development life cycle management.

Skill in oral communication to understand verbal information (facts, assertions and ideas) and to express such information in writing, so that the writing information is well organized and communicated with other stakeholders when necessary.

Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business contacts in a businesslike, customer service-oriented manner.

Skill in working on multiple tasks and in ensuring coordination and integration among related efforts

Last but not least, experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry is necessary for understanding our business and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.      A bachelor’s degree in IT

2.      Three years of progressively responsible broad information technology experience that that includes substantive work this job description, to include: (a) experience with ERP or MIS systems; (b) experience with documentation; (c) experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC) or Oracle software configuration management practices.

3.      Preferences: any business analysis certificates equivalents to PMI-PBA; IEEE 830-1998 - IEEE Recommended Practice for Software Requirements Specifications.
