IT Business Analyst

• Liaise with business users at HO and campus level; from office to academic side to ensure new initiatives, change of requests, new system implementation etc. started with clear business requirement documented and feasibility study.
• Translate and implement all the initiates/request from IT management team and make sure all the accommodation service delivery to be always ready for future.
• Prepare the Training/Guideline/Work Instruction documentation & educate employees, ensure that employees shall be trained and utilize the Tools effectively and efficiently.
• Retrieve, manipulate and analyze data from various sources to draw relevant and actionable conclusions. Gather requirements from end users, head of dept. in order to write detailed specification / BRD.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating data, identify any missing data and work with engineering to start capturing the right data for analysis.
• Develops and tests BI solutions such as databases, queries, views, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and build reporting and analysis tools that help streamline the business and make reporting, analyzing, planning, and forecasting more efficient.
• Supports and assists with the integration of BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications.
• Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
• Other tasks assigned by IT Management Team.
