IT Business Analyst

Work closely with Stakeholders, Designer AND/OR other Business Departments in their effort to clarify Business Requirement and transfer to development team
Assist the business request owner to ensure consistency between API returned data and business request value
Ensure that each item of the sprint backlog includes all the necessary information, so the development team can address all customer’s needs
Create acceptance criteria for user stories to define features for product deliverables in consideration of various user flows, scenarios and edge cases
Work with QA/QC ensure the quality of products
Create Business Requirement Specification, Technical Requirement Specification, User story, Wire Frame for Mobile AND/OR Web Application, track follow-through using Jira and Confluence

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge about some Programming languages and Database SQL
Familiar to Micro service
Domain knowledge in Banking or Finance is a big advantage
Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good logical and analytical thinking
