IT Business Analyst Manager (Pulse App)

Review test case/test plan to ensure they meet the business/functional requirement
Be responsible for transferring the business/functional requirements to Platform/local IT/QC teams
Be responsible for business requirement clarification with business owners of PVA divisions (Pulse MKT-key stakeholder, Operations, Information Technology, Partnership Distribution, Finance…)
Coordinate between business and IT side (regional/ local IT teams) to solve misunderstanding and propose solution to move forward
Execute the UAT to verify the deliverables are met expectation
Be responsible to work out the functional detail requirement (user story, functional spec, workflow, mockup…)
Follow up JIRA tickets to monitor status and provide necessary information for development teams

Qualifications:

Over 3 years with BA experience in system development; prefer in Software Development/Insurance
Educated to degree level in a Computing discipline or equivalent
Experience of system development management, prefer Agile/Scrum

Knowledge and skill:

Ability to manage stakeholder expectation and work to deadlines and under pressure
Strong business-oriented spirit, requirement explicit and analysis skills
English is at intermediate level or above
Can use MS Office including mockup tools; Jira & Confluence
Competent in communication and presentation skills
