IT Compliance

Responsible for assessing compliance of employee base on IT policies, guidelines, rules, procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Main Tasks

- Create and update documents relating to IT policies, guidelines, rules and procedures following applicable regulatory requirements.

- Review audit documents, test strategies, test documents, summaries, associated deliverables.

- Ensure recommended changes/improvements to support IT are compliant to the internal and external policies, guidelines, rules and procedures.

- Co-work with other teams to identify feedbacks to improve compliance documents.

- Make appropriate recommendation to Manager/Director for process improvement.

- University Degree in Information Technology, Financial & Banking, Law or related fields.

- At least 2 years experiences in the field of compliance reviews or legal.Preferably have working IT compliance.

- Self-motivated, and ability to work independently.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work under high pressure, multiple tasks.

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

- Good at English

- Time management skill.

- Work Location: Cienco 4 Building, 180 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St. Ward 6, District 3
