IT Database Administrator

​1. Database Management

• Primarily manage corporate databases used by central administration and departmental users of the corporate systems
• Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot incidents, upgrades, ODBC server components, data exports and imports
• Setup data policies, procedure management in daily handling

2. Documentation

• Maintain documentation of corporate systems, including change control and the creation and maintenance of logical and physical database models
• Maintain documentation of corporate systems and layered software server configurations

3. Business Intelligence

• Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools, including Business Objects
• Wrangle data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making

1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or proven track of experience is required

2. Experiences: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing multi-user database systems such as Oracle, SQL, etc.
• Experience in security of server-based and cloud-based applications
• Proven experience in user support
• Good knowledge of WEB operations and online development
• Hands on experience in setting up, install and maintain applications

3. Knowledge

• Knowledge of database management, datawarehousing, data cube design and implementation.
• Excellent knowledge in business processes and transformation to technical specifications, implementation and configuration

4. Skills

• Excellent skills in evaluation and selection of applications
• Excellent IT and application skills preferably at an University
• Good English skills
