IT Engineer

We are looking for potential candidates to build the IT department and be in charge of one of the following punctions:
IT HELPDESK
Manage security options and software in end-user devices.
Troubleshoot hardware/software failures or errors.
Provide timely technical support to end users.
Carry out additional and related duties that may be assigned by management
Perform regular updates to ensure end-user devices remain updated.
Provisioning end-user devices and software
Manage and maintain user devices ranging from laptops to desktops to other devices that are used in offices and production lines.
SERVER & STORAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Maintain various servers that run on different operating systems.
Carry out additional and related duties that may be assigned by management
Perform Data and system backup.
Troubleshoot system failures or errors.
Manage and maintain servers, storage, and virtual systems.
Perform regular updates to ensure the system remains updated.
Work with developers and end users of the system that has been set up.
WEB APPLICATION SERVER & DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Troubleshoot WAS & SQL system failure and errors.
Manage and maintain Web & Web Application Servers.
Work with developers of the system that has been setup.
Manage and maintain SQL(MS-SQL) and NoSQL as a DBA
Carry out additional and related duties that may be assigned by management.
Perform database backup

Educational background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
Experiences:
• More than 3-years experience in the related IT field.
Skills:
• WAS(Web Application Server) – WebSphere/JBoss/WebLogic/Tomcat
• Good attitude in the workplace
• Excellent knowledge of PC systems and hardware
• Good communication and interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Language – English (mandatory)
• Good attitude in the workplace
• Troubleshooting skill
• DBA - SQL server/Oracle/MySQL/MongoDB/KDB+
• Extensive experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting n computer issues
• Well-versed in installing, configuring ad updating computers with up-to-date IT technology
• Knowledge of hardware/network/OS(Operating System)
