•GENERAL INFORMATION
- Report line: directly report to Manager and General Manager
- Age: 25 and up
- Team size: 4
- Required experience: 2 years
- Education - Major: University – IT
- Sex: Male
- Location: Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen
- Level: Engineer
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
A.Server Management:
•Monitor & maintain Server system (Physical Server, VMWare Server, Linux Server).
•Windows Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support.
•HP-UX, Linux Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support.
•Incident and problem management.
B.Network Management:
•Network device monitoring.
•Network configuration management.
•Incident and problem management.
•Capacity and performance management.
•Security device management.
C.Other Jobs Management:
•Ensure the Anti-Virus up to date and apply to all PC clients.
•Ensure all server and PC is updated with latest Windows Update from Microsoft.
•Provide user Computer setup and configuration.
•Computer & Printer hardware service support and troubleshooting
•Control spare part Inventory for all PC's and printer's hardware.
•CCTV, Time Attendant management.
•Technical support for end-user.

Yêu cầu công việc

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BA in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or related field.
- Generally 2 years of relevant experience in Network, Server (VMWare especially) operations.
- Familiar with operate, configure & manage Cisco/ HP device such as Router, Switches.
- Having good background about Windows Server 2012/2016 and Networking (such as routing, switching).
- Having good experience about monitoring & troubleshooting.
- Having experience about using Network monitoring tool.
- Negotiation, problem-solving skills and teamwork.
- Certificate of MCSA/CCNA/LPI is a plus.
