IT Engineer (Có xe đưa đón hàng ngày)

- Initial installation and configuration of new employees' computers and coordination of account opening for new employees and account closure for departing employees. Deal with all kinds of daily software and hardware problems of the user's computer. Virus protection processing of user's computer, system security patch update, system vulnerability protection.

- Daily maintenance of attendance, access control, and monitoring systems to ensure normal operation and deal with the needs of suppliers. Regular inspection and troubleshooting of office equipment such as printers, projectors, conference phones, etc.

- User network, telephone troubleshooting, network wiring, telephone patch cords. Responsible for the management of network equipment such as internal and external networks, VPNs, firewalls, routers, etc., to ensure the normal use of the company's network, and to deal with the needs of network and telephone providers.

- Computer storage and maintenance management and purchase of commonly used IT accessories and consumables. Do a good job in the ledger management of IT fixed assets.

- Degree in computer or a related field preferred.

- 1-2 years experience as an IT Engineer or a similar management position.

- Basic knowledge of computers, computer networks, and solutions to common computer failures

- Good knowledge of computer software and hardware troubleshooting procedures and methods, proficiency in using various testing software and maintenance tools; Good knowledge of the installation, debugging, and maintenance of Windows series operating systems, network equipment, servers, and security equipment; Good knowledge of computer network and network security debugging.

- Good analytical and resolve network faults skills.

- Hard-working, responsible, and good communication skills.

- Must be able to communicate in English and/or Chinese.
