IT Engineer/IT support ( Azue, Network, SQL)

Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement improvements as needed.
Maintenance and monitoring SAP system landscape of internal systems (SAP S4, ECC, BW4, SAP CAR, SAP HANA DB, SAP PO, SAP Solman) on Premise and on anyCloud ( Azure/AWS/GCP)
Worked on Database Maintenance, Backups and Recovery Plans.
Provide training and assistance to staff on IT- related topics, including software usage and cybersecurity best practices.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance and data security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and efficient support to end- users.
Monitoring and analyzing SQL Server Logs and Application logs.
Database Monitoring, Performance Tuning, Backup/Recovery, Security Management (MSSQL, Sybase, SAP HANA DB)
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
Creation and maintenance of Databases, creating Roles and managing user permissions, resolving deadlocks.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and implement IT projects and initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Experience in an IT support or engineering role preferred, willing to learn if inexperienced.


• Experience in network troubleshooting and OS maintenance.


• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and DNS configuration.


• Proficient in O365 and security scans.


• MCSA/CCNA or related certifications.


• Experience on Microsoft SQL server using "SSMS" SQL server management studio.


• Familiarity with server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing platforms is a plus


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, and a willing to travel if needed.


• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills to be able to work independently or as part of a team.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
