IT Helpdesk

- Provide helpdesk support and resolve technical problems to the end user
- Assist with onboarding of new users regarding to technical support
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk system
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking softwares
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.

- At least 2 years experiences in related field
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Good knowledge in Linux & Windows operating system and applications
- Excellent English.
