IT Helpdesk

The IT Helpdesk Staff performs a full rang of duties, including but not limited to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the pone, email or face to face.


• Perform trouble shooting through diagnostic techniques forall end user IT equipment including PC, Laptp, Printer, Smart Board, Projector, Deskphone, Wavelite, Camera, Internet, v.v.


• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.


• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.


• Direct unresolved issues to the next level, IT supervisor or Held desk manager of higher IT level.


• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.


• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.


• Follow-up and update Customer Status and information.


• Pass on any feedback or suggestion by Customers to the appropriate internal team.


• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.


• Support foreign teachers and all staff as required for IT fields.


• Plan to track and monitor the use of equipment in the office. Monitor periodic inspection of equipment.
