IT Helpdesk Internship (Thực Tập Sinh IT Helpdesk)

Check inventory every 3 months
Update service requests into service desk system.
Any other expertise tasks as per assignment from IT Helpdesk Supervisor/IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager
Provide daily support to end-users following the standard guideline.
Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
Configure and maintain telephony system, CCTV systems, TVC
Search, evaluate IT products for purchasing procedure
Update IT software license inventory list
Update IT asset data: hand over, transfer, return, disposal, return, labeling... correctly into IT asset management list.

Good technical knowledge about computer hardware, mobile devices, software, Microsoft Office and other PC applications, MAC OS, iOS, Android CCTV system.
Excellent with desktop, laptop, Windows OS, printing services, projectors, telephony system
Good knowledge about service desk software, IT asset management software.
Final year students from University/College with a major in: information technology, telecommunication, computer science or equivalent
Network knowledge is preferred
