IT Helpdesk Staff

JOB DUTIES:

Supporting for established and configured LAN Network, telecommunications and IT system related;

Responsible for the day to day IT requirements, IT system and manage IT equipment such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advise.

Responsible for hardware and software installation according to IT Policy;

Maintaining, repairing hardware problems of PCs, local area networks, telecommunications and office devices;

Responsible for the day to day IT requirements of the AB, An Phu, Le Dai Hanh, GVL Offices and GenCasa Offices such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advise;

Delivered and manage equipment, IT equipment, IT assets;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education /knowledge: Bachelor degree, preferably in IT major

Experience:
• Working in insurance/financial industry is preferable
• Minimum 01 year of experience in IT support
• Experienced in troubleshooting popular software (such as Windows, MS Office suite, Outlook…)
• Experienced in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, essential network

Skills:
• Good communication
• Good thinking, self-study and application of new technologies
