IT Helpdesk Staff

Job Summary
Key Accountabilities
To provide technical supports to end users relating to desktop hardware and application software to ensure excellent customer services
• Provide end-user training on using IT systems and services
• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems, provide supports via telephone, email or in-person to ensure effective and timely problem resolution
• Maintain history records and other problem related documentation to support qualifies assurance and reporting processes
• Develop documentation for troubleshooting procedures, checklist, and guidelines to ensure consistent application of standards
• Make recommendations to improve the quality of customer services.

• Medium English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Good knowledge and over 2 years experience in technical support environment.
• University degree in Computer discipline, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
