IT Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật (IT Teaching Assistant)

* Job Purpose: To provide in-class ICT support to all elementary teachers and to assist the elementary school section with IT software support
* Duties
- To provide ICT support to all elementary users
- To work as part of the ISV - ICT Support Team
- To assist the elementary school’s IT software support
- To maintain an up to date asset register of ICT software used within the elementary school section
- To assist with the ordering of resources for the elementary section of the school
- To ensure data back-ups are maintained and stored appropriately
- To contribute to IT policy development e.g. use of internet policy, ICT strategic plan etc.
- Keeping up to date with new technology, advising and supporting teachers/TAs as appropriate
- Giving advice, guidance and training to elementary teachers/TAs where necessary, and advising users of appropriate usage.
- To assist teachers in the elementary school with the website additions when required

- Be able to communicate with students and staff at all levels, which includes good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Be able to work on his/her own initiative and manage time and workload efficiently
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies
- Be expected to undertake relevant additional training when required
- Keep abreast of new developments in software and hardware Audio / Video trouble shooting
* Qualifications/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient English skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Relevant training/experience in ICT equipment and packages
- Ability to read and write technical reports
* Knowledge and skills
- Good working knowledge of network operations
- Ability to install and maintain ICT hardware and software
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and students
- Good working knowledge / practice in relation to requirements of the post.
- Understand procedures relating to confidentiality
