IT Infrastructure & System Specialist

• Daily system monitoring, verifying and reviewing all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes etc.
• Monitoring regularly IT security to identify possible disturbance, performing daily backup operations.
• Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams or clients using telephone/emails etc.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. Performing regular updates and upgrades as and when necessary.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage and others in accordance with standards and project/ operational requirements of the company/ client.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards.
• Other jobs assigned by the line manager.

Education: University/College degree with a major in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

Work experiences:

• Minimum 4 years of experiences in IT infrastructure or System Administrator, Network Engineer, Network system
• Minimum 1 years of experience about Operating System such as Linux

Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:

• Solid knowledge in: database management systems (backup & restore process), ERP, hardware, network and infrastructures, Storage system (SAN & NAS), monitoring system, business processes, especially in the field of retail & restaurant.
• Certificate of MCSE, CCNP, LPIC-1 & 2, VMware 6.0-6.5-6.7
• Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative.
• Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems and adapt to the new environment.
