IT Manager

• Responsible for operation, optimization, development, deployment and maintenance of the infrastructure (servers, databases, LAN/WAN, access control, IP phone, CCTV and various system applications).
• Periodic and preventative maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• Manage the terminal’s hardware and software
• Develop the IT department ensuring commitment, motivation and efficiency.
• Manage and develop the company’s IT policies.
• Responsible for all activities related to database administration, management of container and general cargo handling system and IT applications of the company.
• Manage and develop business software and applications, as well as other back-office systems.

Education and experience
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Management.
• University degree in Information Technology.
Requirements
• Living in, or willing to relocate to Ha Long City.
• Good project management skills, including teamwork, organization, planning, time management and prioritization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
• Strong logic and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Proven experience in analysis, implementation, management and evaluation of IT systems, applications and cyber security.
• High standard of work ethics, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Responsible, self-starter, innovative.
