Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and assistance to system users on usage of new network services or/and applications and other relevant applications
- Provide necessary technical support to Digital Printing Department, both hardware and software
- Collaborate with service providers and vendors to resolve problems relating to routine network and effect appropriate solutions
- Develop Vietnam operation’s computing networks such as local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANS), and data infrastructure
- Develop and maintain procedures for disaster recovery, usage, and network administration, including backups, patching, security, hardware, software, or other items as deemed necessary
- Provide training to users to maximize the use of computing and network systems
- Perform network security duties such as managing host security, configuring firewalls, deleting and adding users, and disaster recovery and backup planning
- Coordinate with HQ IT, authorities, and service providers to roll out various network or system projects
- Coordinate and maintain good business relationship with IT vendors / service providers
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
- Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems to system users
- Perform after-hour maintenance and emergency on-call work as needed
- Installing and support systems from documented specifications and requirements
- Support business / operation system roll out following the directions from Management
- Perform analysis and monitoring of network availability and performance over expectations; carry out performance tuning and assist in troubleshooting network issues; make network performance reports and statistics available
- Carry out installation, maintenance, optimization, and monitoring of wireless or wired network equipment and other routine network hardware
- Maintain complete and accurate records of IT inventory, including both hardware and software
