IT MANAGER (AWS Cloud) Up to 4000$

Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
Plan, prioritize, and execute IT operation including network, hardware, software, cyber security, and technical troubleshoot for both internal offices and external client sites, to ensure that organization’s information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively.
Write and review technical policies, procedures, and documents to ensure reliable and optimized IT operation.
Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization’s information systems.
Partner with DevOps and Engineering for implementation of a full CI/CD pipeline and deployment strategy.
Leading a team of System and Network engineers in delivering IT managed services across regions and time-zones.

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following:

Hands on experience and troubleshooting skills (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls) and network devices (Switches, Routers, etc.); solid in database systems such as Oracle/Postgres/Mongo
Can-do attitude, growth mindset, have service-oriented approach in leading IT department providing services across countries and regions.
Experience in managing IT helpdesk teams that provide services and ensure hosted system up and running 24/7
5+ years&039; experience in IT manager, Network engineer lead, or similar position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Having the following skills is a plus

Experienced with various security standards, especially ISO 27001, SOC2. etc. is a competitive advantage.
Experience with some DevOps tools: Jenkins, Docker, Icinga, Harbor, Git, K8s, Ansible and Terraform
ITIL certificate
Strong ability in detecting system bottlenecks and optimizing system performance.
Experience with cloud-native technology (container, kubernetes, serverless) and DevOps culture
Familiar with Agile development methodologies, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence…)
