Job Summary:
IT Manager is responsible for building and implementing IT systems that meet the set business requirements. The role starts with gathering the requirements, understanding the specifications, evaluating the systems that are in place, and working closely with BOD to deliver the right solution. The responsibility of the role is to manage every aspect of the IT system in the corporation, including:
Identify and analyze new technologies including the cloud, E- commerce platform, microservice etc.
Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re- engineering if required.
Establish and implement short- and long- range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Design and lead projects for integrating systems or enhancing E- commerce applications to meet an organization’s requirements.
Up- to- date new technology trends to increase business performance and business innovation.
Manage IT staffs by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
Regularly conduct risk assessments and propose a new solution to upgrade the system’s protection.
Manage and enhance IT systems and applications such as POS, CRM, ERP, E- commerce, etc. to achieve business goals.
Analyze business impacts in order to select appropriate technical solutions for business.

Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Management
Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.
Responds/acts in the upper- management direction.
Serves as the main point of contact on all IT- related matters for the office assigned.
Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
Work experience
Engineering and software architecture design.
Experience in E- commerce.
At least 05- 07 years of experience in IT management positions, preferably in F&B, retail or FMCG business.
05 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas
Education
University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas.
