IT Manager

- To providing IT infrastructure support in a complex multi-site including but not limited to Window servers and storage, network swiches, routers, firewalls, electrical low voltage, cable TV, BGM, CCTV and wide area networks.
- To lead operational IT services, covering applications, infrastructure and service to ensure effective and efficient provision.
- To oversea software and application development; to perform installation and ungrades.
- To plan and implement network security
- To maintain and develop IT policies, processes and procedures.
- To ensure that the Hotel’s IT system (both hardware and software) is fully accounted for, properly maintained and in good working condition;
- To ensure that all softwares are kept in the safe vault;
- To report the system status and the existing or new problems to the Management;
- To do the routine system set-ups as may be required by software and/or programs;
- To attend to IT problems, both of hardware and software problems;
- To ensure that required back ups are done regularly.

- Must be familiar with FIDELIO, MICROS, SunSystem, OPERA office automation and networking.
