IT Manager

Salary range:
RMB: 20,000 – 25,000
Job Highlights
VND: 40M - 50M
• Lead, identify, evaluate and deploy equipment/solutions (including ERP(Microsoft D365 F&O)web application, dashboards, mobile applications, IoT solutions) to improve the business operations
• Manage servers, PCs, LAN/WAN devices, telecommunications system, computer peripherals and mobile devices
• Report to Head of IT to manage day to day operations and projects based on business needs & management’s roadmap
• Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure teams, users and vendors to achieve the goals
• Prepare proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow through actions of all incidents/service requested
• Manage application team on improving operational efficiencies e.g. implementation of ERP, IoT, workflow/OA developments, etc.

• Preferred experience in leading and deploying successful ERP, CRM, digital, mobility or IoT solutions (software, hardware and infrastructure) through on-premise or Cloud architecture
• Innovative and willingness to learn new technologies
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline
• Any country is fine, provided that you understand Chinese and English
• Knowledge in data warehouse, business intelligence, cyber security , VMware, Linux or Microsoft products/servers and office automation tools is an added advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin with strong and effective communications and interpersonal skills is a must
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned
• At least 5 years experience working for a sizable MNC.
